When the standard assistant is not the answer.
We build custom websites and custom automations, scoped and quoted per project on negotiated terms. There is no price list here, because there is no standard scope — and a number on this page would be a guess dressed as a quote.
What we take on
- Websites where the content is the product — catalogues, structured data, search that has to actually work
- Automations that connect systems you already run
- Internal tools that replace a spreadsheet several people are fighting over
- AI features with a defined job and a defined failure behaviour
What we turn down
- Anything where success depends on the AI never being wrong
- Payment handling — we do not take payments inside a conversation
- Work that would need a private fork of the assistant platform
- Projects with no named decision-maker on the client side
The third one is a real constraint rather than modesty. One codebase serving every client is what keeps the standard product cheap and fast to fix; a private fork quietly cancels that for everyone.
How a project is scoped
A paid discovery phase first, priced separately and small. It produces a written scope, a fixed quote and a schedule — and it is yours to take elsewhere if you do not want to build it with us. That is the point: neither side should commit to a number before anyone understands the problem.
Being direct about capacity, because it will affect your timeline: this is a small team, and custom work is scheduled around the platform. If your deadline is tight, say so at the first conversation and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
